CONDITIONS:

The flexible renting period is for a minimum of a week during some of the high season

Check-out 10 am

Up to 25% non-refundable deposit due on booking. Non-refundable balance due 2 weeks before arrival.

Price includes electricity and water (except drinking water and heating)

Clean linen and towels provided on arrival (please bring pool towels or you can rent them for only €5 per week each)

No smoking inside the holiday lets!

Breakages to be paid for before leaving.

ACCOMMODATION NOTES:

You will find that, as the owners occupy the other half of Finca Retama for a considerable part of the year, they will check you in and be able to offer advice and information as well as being on hand to deal with any problems that may arise.
